Az aszimmetrikus hadviselés adaptációja: A tradicionális és irreguláris hadikultúrák összecsapásainak vizsgálata

Absztrakt
Jelen kötet fő kutatási kérdése: miként befolyásolják a sikeres irreguláris vagy integrált hadviselést az olyan tényezők, mint a biztonságpolitikai környezet változása, a háború természetében bekövetkezett változások, továbbá a szemben álló felek hadviselési elveinek és stratégiájának fejlődése.
A műben a szerző a hatékony és sikeres irreguláris hadviselés okait és történelmi összefüggéseit vizsgálja, továbbá javaslatokat tesz a klasszikus irreguláris, valamint az integrált hadviselés elleni stratégia megalkotására, illetve az államhatalom által foganatosítandó válaszlépésekre, kiemelten azok katonai összetevőjére.
A teoretikus vizsgálódásokat szerzői esettanulmányok teszik teljessé, amelyek segítenek az elméleti ismereteket, tételeket kézzelfoghatóvá tenni. Az első esettanulmány a gerilla-hadviselés klasszikus formáját, a maoista módszert mutatja be. A második a kortárs orosz integrált hadviselési formát szemlélteti. A harmadik esettanulmányban a szerző a Fülöp-szigeteki aszimmetrikus háború történetének elemzésével az egyik leghosszabb irreguláris hadviselés ellen folytatott küzdelmet tekinti át.
A mű felhasználható mind az oktatásban a stratégiaelméletek megalkotásakor, mind a gyakorlatban a jövőben bekövetkező aszimmetrikus kihívások során az államhatalom válaszreakcióinak megfogalmazásakor.
