The book is a unique professional-methodological guide to design crisis management and communication training. The reader receives a description of 16 (+1) training exercises in Hungarian and English with detailed trainer instructions. The author uses pair, small and large group exercises, aquarium exercises and simulations, mind and fairy tale mapping to explore the literature on organisational resilience development and reputation management, while reflecting on the challenges of online training, cyber crises and artificial intelligence.
