Law, and within that, its “closest to humans” branch, family law, cannot hide from technological development. Putting technology at the service of legal application is most commonly characterised by the concept of digital legal application, and its various supporting, substituting, and developing functions are also present in family law legal application, of course in a special way. This study presents the results of technological development achieved through digitalisation in family law legal application. The study deals with the development and advantages of digitalisation, the useful applications and examples of family law digitalisation, and highlights the concerns and limitations that arise in this regard. The final part of the study formulates some conclusions.
