Az egészségügyi adatok elsődleges felhasználása az EU-jogban és Magyarországon

The aim of the research is to conduct an in-depth examination of one of the pillars of the European Health Data Space (EHDS) Regulation, namely the primary use of health data, with a particular focus on the analysis of data types, access rights, and the rules governing the European data exchange format. In addition, the research seeks to explore the Hungarian implications of the EHDS framework, based on the National eHealth Infrastructure (EESZT). The study concludes that the EESZT represents a well-developed regulatory environment, which not only implements the EHDS mechanisms for data access and storage but can also serve additional purposes, particularly in the field of telemedicine. The research also emphasises that digitalisation must remain sensitive to the specific needs of vulnerable groups, for which Hungarian examples can also be provided.
