Az információmenedzsment tárgyának komplexitása

A katonai szervezetekben a szervezeti információ erőforrás, amelyet menedzselni kell. A katonai információmenedzsmentnek képesnek kell lennie a működés fenntartására komplex információs folyamatok megjelenése esetén is. Az információmenedzsment folyamatokat menedzsel, amelyek idővel, a mennyiségek, valamint a kapcsolatok növekedésével egyre összetettebbé válnak. A folyamatok komplikált, sőt komplex rendszert alkotnak. Az összetettség mértéke tudományos módszerekkel vizsgálható. Az összetettség mértékétől függően az egyszerű, komplikált, komplex és a horribile dictu kaotikus rendszerek menedzsmentje rendre más megközelítést igényel. Jelen tanulmány elméleti alapon igazolja az információmenedzsment által menedzselt információ működési rendszerének komplex jellegét, meghatározza annak sajátosságait, és ennek alapján következtetéseket fogalmaz meg az információmenedzsment fejlesztési irányaira, feladataira a katonai alkalmazásban és a Magyar Honvédségben.

Determining the Complexity of Information Management 
In military organizations, organizational information is a resource that must be managed. Military information management must be able to maintain operations even when complex information processes appear. Information management manages processes that become more difficult over time, as growing number of connections within enlarging volumes. The processes form a complicated and even complex system. The degree of complexity can be studied by scientific methods. Depending on the degree of complexity, the management of clear, complicated, complex and horribile dictu chaotic systems requires different approaches. The present study proves the complex nature of the processes managed by information manage­ment on a theoretical basis, defines its nature and based on this, formulates conclusions on the development directions and tasks of information management in military application and in the Hungarian Defence Forces.
